What is ReLeader?
Sometimes things fail and need to be rebuilt, rethought, or revitalized. Maybe it’s a family. Maybe it’s a business, church, or nonprofit organization.
Or sometimes things just languish. They aren’t on the edge of failure, but they aren’t growing as they should be. They aren’t thriving. They need a burst of new energy, like a garden with too little sunlight.
These struggling entities are in desperate need of fresh leadership, and that’s where a ReLeader steps in.
ReLeaders emerge to mend what others couldn’t. We pick up the pieces, stabilize the environment, and set a new direction. We embody a new form of leadership centered on revitalization. We may not have launched the organization, but we have stepped in because it needed us.
We are executives, board members, pastors, and parents. We are agents of transition and healing. We possess a set of unique gifts, but our stories and situations don’t always appear in popular leadership content.
We are ReLeaders.

Help us spread the word!
If you’re a ReLeader, you know others like you. ReLeadership is a unique gift set, one that often gets lost in the literature of leadership. Our goal is to build a community for those of us who are ReLeaders.
If you know someone who could benefit from this community, please share ReLeader with them.
