Here’s a word of encouragement for the women! Every man that is listed in the Bible who has been leaders have praying women behind them! We as women often feel that the men get all the credit in leading but let me tell the women our job is bigger!! We maybe the behind the scenes women but we have a very important job in this!! We are to be in prayer for our men, our Pastors, our leaders!! Need proof? Here you go, Eve first women created, Sarah the mother of many nations and Abraham’s wife, Rebekah isaccs wife, see where I’m going!! Women have a huge part in leaders!! We are leaders too from behind in prayer!! When women pray, God remembers us, he hears us, and he answers us!! Women are leaders too!! Rather in front of the people or behind we are the leaders!!
I absolutely agree!!! I truly believe that, from studying that exact topic over the past couple of years, our biggest areas of strength comes from prayer and humbleness/surrender to God! Something that is not obvious to outsiders, right?!
Every great man you see, has a strong woman (or women) behind him!!!!
As the matriarch of our families, we are the gatekeepers of our homes. Talk about an important job!!! And God Himself entrusted us with that job,... pretty awesome!
Spot on. I look forward to further insight. I like how you pointed out that releading has so much multitasking involved. How is everything running, how are my team members, what happens next, what are my immediate plans (today) to make sure there is a tomorrow, who do I need around me, and on and on. I hope you will be touching on the mental side of the releaders. The mental fatigue is real and has to be addressed.
Great points, Tim. In the Healthcare field we are required to recertify every 2 years. During our recertification process we spend several days role modeling and going through various scenarios and all the "what ifs".... until we can remain calm if or when a patient "goes south on us" so that we won't "lose our cool." When under pressure. That's a main purpose in all the different certifications that we carry. There's separate certifications for various situations. Sometimes multiple certifications are required for only one specialty.... ut takes a lot if practice.
I found myself listening to the podcast and reading realizing for the first time I have a name for my calling. This is me spot on, and in every job i have ever had this is what I have done. Thank you for the words, and explaining so eloquently what this callings true meaning is.
Welcome to the ReLeader community Chad. Thanks for reading and listening. I pray it is a blessing to you and your ReLeader journey. Help us spread the word to other ReLeaders.
