So good, especially the part about not taking resistance personally! This posture allows us to lead from a place of grace and compassion! Thanks for the encouragement.

Another stellar article laden with gold.

I can attest to all you’ve written here and grateful for the way you’ve articulated both the challenges and how to approach it

Thanks Jon I too needed to hear this after returning to ministry and thirty four years in manufacturing moving forward with a clear vision and celebrating the wins!

Jon, are you reading my mail again? If not, then the Holy Spirit is using you to encourage me to keep going. Just this past week, two different people who not only resisted any change when I began to ReLead but also walked away from the organization and were my close friends came to me on separate occasions and apologized for their lack of trust. Now, they say that they can see the progress. Their admissions brought me to tears.

I so needed this!! I’m walking through one of the most difficult releading times I’ve ever fought through!

Resistance from within and from outside. Gossip, naysayers, fear mongering and those with a religious spirit.

Row row row, I can’t help but hope there’s a reward on the other side of the Re-leading river.
