You can teach leadership all day.
You can preach vision, write values, hand out handbooks.
But your team is learning more from what you model than what you say.
They’re watching how you respond under pressure.
How you treat people when no one’s looking.
How you carry disappointment, correction, momentum, and exhaustion.
You’re always teaching—even when you’re not talking.
Today, don’t just ask, “What am I saying?”
Ask, “What am I showing?”
Because leadership that sticks is leadership that’s seen.
And,... it is a challenge to ourselves, at least, for me, I accept the challenge, that when I am faced with difficulties, pressures, etc., I find a way to navigate through it in grace with boundaries that do not disrupt my peace & joy. I wonder if the boundary lines of peace & joy (remaining in Jesus & allowing Him to remain in me) is a wall of protection around my faith. I believe that our faith is the main target of the enemy to try to steal, kill, & destroy for it is then that he can steal, kill, and destroy our ID, & intimacy with our Maker.
Just a few thoughts...
Blessings,
